Here are 3 easy steps to sign into your account, edit information once you are signed in and place an order after signing in.  


STEP 1:  SIGNING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT


Go to the top right of the site and click the "Create An Account" link, or the "Sign-In" link. 

( Create An Account shown in red circle. Sign-in located in blue circle.) Clicking these links will take you to the sign in page in the below picture.

 

If you are a NEW CUSTOMER, you would use the box on the LEFT to sign in (blue circle and arrow below).  If you are a RETURNING CUSTOMER, you will use the box on the RIGHT to sign in (red circle and arrow below).


STEP 2:  NAVIGATING YOUR ACCOUNT, AFTER YOU HAVE SIGNED IN


Within your account, you can do so many things.  You can edit your address book, change email addresses, update your account info, find your wish-list, check your order status, track your order and even reorder exactly what you have ordered in the past.


Once you are signed into your account, you will see the words My Account (purple below) toward the top of the screen.  This means you are successfully signed into your account and are on your home screen.


A: To track an order, go to View Order Status (Blue below).  You can find tracking info there. 


B: To return a product, go to Completed (Green below). Once there, go to the order itself, and click the blue Return Items link to the right.


C: To edit your billing or shipping addresses, go to your Address Book (Red below). Once there, you can add a new address, or edit an existing address. 


D: To change your password, phone number or email address, go to Your Account Details (Yellow below). 





STEP 3:  PLACING AN ORDER, AFTER YOU HAVE SIGNED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT


To place an order once you have signed into your account, simply click on All Products in the blue menu bar at the top of the Dinovite website. The drop down menu should help you find what you are looking for. Once you've signed into your account, you are good to go! Go ahead and proceed to Checkout!   The only thing you will be asked for is your payment info, as the rest is stored in your account.


You can always click on the big DINOVITE at the very top of the page to go to the homepage where you will see products and videos as well.
