Cinco de Mayo is a fun celebration! And who doesn't like tacos and a beverage! There's no reason to leave your best buddy out of the fun! Make yummy, healthy treats for your pet and let the party begin!
Pup Ale
1 cup chicken or beef stock
1 tsp. LickOchops
Put ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Can be fed immediately (yummy over your dog's favorite food) or stored in the refrigerator for several days.
Barkaritas
1 cup chicken or beef stock
1-2 tsp. LickOchops
Freeze in ice cube trays or molds for 2 hours. Pop out and blend in a blender to make a Frozen Barkarita for your best pal!
Taco Treats for Pups
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped zucchini
1/4 shredded cheese
Dinovite for Dogs powder (optional)
LickOchops (optional)
Small street taco shells
Brown ground beef. When almost done, add chopped zucchini and saute to soften. Put meat/zucchini mixture and small amount of shredded cheese in small taco shell. Sprinkle with a couple pinches of Dinovite for Dogs and drizzle with a small amount of LickOchops.
NOTE: These recipes are for special treats for your dog. We do not recommend using as a diet. You are the best judge of your dog's digestive tract as to how much of a good thing is too much. Do not add avocado, onion or other things that are known to be harmful to dogs to tacos.
