If you placed your order Monday through Friday, prior to 3:00 p.m. EST, your order will be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders that are placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will ship the next business day. (Keep in mind that an order placed late Friday will not ship until the following Monday and orders placed on the weekend will ship the following Monday as well.)
In the contiguous US, most customers will get a choice of shipping UPS SurePost or UPS Ground.
UPS SurePost is picked up by UPS and delivered to your local post office. Your local post office does the final delivery. (Usually 5-7 business days)
UPS Ground is picked up and delivered, end to end, by UPS. (Usually 3-7 business days)
We ship USPS Priority Mail to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. USPS Priority Mail can range from 7 to 14 business days.
NOTE: Orders that fall on a holiday will be shipped the next business day.
